I Believe A Spanking Isn't A Spanking If It Isn't On The Bare

Basically everyone in the south Spanks their children strictly and harshly. Often times with a belt but not always. Anyone raised in the south who says they weren't spanked are liars.

No, the East Coast And West Coast are definitely more liberal with regard to attitudes about corporal punishment. I’ve lived on the Atlantic Coast for almost 8 years, so I can testify to that. @MasterLee
