Regulary spankings is often neccesary for girls and boys in that age. In this age spanking is more effective. My mother also do that to us but also say its 100% more effective to spank bare butts and also include someone to watch the spanking. I still agre with this since i have this experience. Did You spank Them bare butt. And did You let Them watch each other. Try that !! Its effective. Continue spanking until 18-18.
