Confessing... Did anyone else here sometimes tell their mom or dad something they did wrong even though they knew it meant a spanking? I did a few times.

Yes I did, about a year ago I went home to visit my mother and planed on spending 4 days at her house with her. I flew in and she let me use her car so I didn't have to spend money on a rental. Well I was driving to the store on the first day and got a ticket in her car. I could have not told her and just used my credit card to pay the fine, and she would have not known about it at all. But I knew that I should tell her and let her know that I did get pulled over for speed and got a citation for it.
When I told her she really wasn't mad that I got the ticket but mad because I was unsafe. She told me tha while under her roof I will obey her rules and one is to be safe excpetialy while driving. We discussed what she was going to do with me later on that evening, and when my aunt left after dinner, she told me to go into her room so we can further discuss the issue of why I got a ticket eerilyer that day.
I went in to the room and then she came in, further discussing to me how I was very u safe and that she felt it very important that I learn My leason. I explained I was going to lay the 120dollar fine, which is a big enough leason for me, and she disagreed and said that she was going to have to really punish me so I never do it again. She had me stand up strip infront of her completely and bend over her bed. Then she said that she was very sorry that she has to do this to me but its important that I learn. When she asked if I was ready, I said " yes, I am" she began to spank me so hard with a hairbrush, and it stung so bad, I forgot about everything and only thought how my butt is on fire.. I didn't get away with very much and I know I got spanked for things that I didn't actually do. That being the case, there were a couple of things that I considered confessing but never actually did it.

There were only a few that were true confessions, where I could be sure of having gotten away with something free and clear and mom had no inkling anything was wrong, and I still told her what was going on. Many of them were more like not lying to her as convincingly as was necessary, or looking at my feet while I was denying something. Dead giveaways. But for instance, one time at about age 12 I was given a spanking for having some tapes with cuss words in them. Mom asked me if she had all of them and I said yes. That was a Tuesday night. Well I felt crappy that I had lied but didn't want to get another spanking until the weekend because it would hurt to sit at school, so I waited until Friday and said "Mama, I have to tell you I did something bad" and showed her the other tapes. Took a second spanking for it. But my conscience was still bothering me so Sunday I got it off my chest why I had waited until Friday to confess. Mom was a little suprised, but she said "Well, I suppose I should give you the school night one you missed before." Which she did.

The report card could not be hidden, so it was better for me to confess all my faults before mom would have known them being called at school. For bad grades I never was forgiven.

When I confessed it was to my mom. Usually if I confessed she wouldn't spank me. A few times I had to wait for dad to get home and I got the belt.

I remember once I broke a vase at a friends house. Her mother thought she had done it and pulled her over to a chair to spank.
