Been studying psychology for 14 years. I would say no because fetishes involve inanimate objects or things that are considered non-sexual. Hickeys and handprints on your... bottocks (lol) are sexual.

@SinlessOnslaught And a fetish is a kink that someone needs to have in order to get off, whereas a kink is something that turns you on, but isn't needed for arousal.
But in every day talk, the two are used interchangeably.
