Should sex be a fluid thing (no pun meant) with no set position, but a revolving search for mutual satisfaction?

I'm the dominant person in the relationship, but good about it. I always make sure her needs are looked after. Sometimes sex is purely physical, in the moment, others it's a blend of need and sensuality.
