I think it would be hard to climb up inside the cab of a truck while wearing a skin-tight sparkly dress and stilettos, but apart from that obvious reason, I cannot think of any other off hand.

@swirlie Something that is already in the cab is what should be hard!

Going up steps in stilettos is not difficult, you only step with the forward part of the sole. I find going down stairs in heels is the most dangerous thing. I met a man in South Wales a few years ago and nearly had a fatal accident going down the steep narrow stairs from his bedroom afterwards! I had to stop and go down sideways.

Yes again, that if you ever fell while going downstairs in stilettos, you might impale yourself with a flying heel if a shoe ever came adrift whilst tumbling down a narrow staircase.
