Yearly rectal:

When I was in my early to mid 50s I had a doctor that gave me a rectal exam at my yearly physical. I’m not sure if it was standard practice at the time I just know he insisted I get it. I suspect he found my butt pleasant since he really took his time back there after checking the front side. I always made sure it was clean for him after realizing it was gonna happen every visit. Long fat finger and he always commented on how good my prostate was. When I arrived the nurse always had the box of x large gloves and a big tube of KY prominently displayed on the table and had me strip to my undies for the doctor. It didn’t take long before the undies were down and I was bent over the table taking his big finger.
