My Aunt made us line up for it:

Me and 15 or 20 cousins, totally nude at 5 am in the barn. This was an early morning rectal exam on the farm that could quickly become a paddling and/or warm soapy enema all given by my Aunt. I was kind of turned on standing in line with all those naked cousins, both boys and girls. Then when we got to the table we’d line up 5 at a time and bend over and wait for my Aunt to move down the line and come up behind each of us one at a time and spread our cheeks, look up our butts, slap on a rubber glove and put a gob of KY jelly on her fat finger. She’d rub the back of her finger up and down in your buttcrack then slide her big finger in and feel all around. She really stretched you, her finger was big! Finally she’d pull out and often announce you’d be getting an enema and to stay nude and wait in the barn. If anyone acted up they’d get a paddling right there in front of everybody, I got a few of those myself.
