Was talking to someone and they kept referring to it as "timeouts" and when asked, it sounded exactly like my corner times. What was it called in your household?

I got a lot of corner time as a kid. As I got older, the corner time went away and the spanking started. When I got even older, I got grounded. I hated the corner time, and I really hated being grounded. I got my share of punishments as a kid but I do feel they helped me a lot.
