He'd force me to stand in a position that gets very sore for at least an hour and would watch me like a hawk. If I slouched or tried to lean on a wall he was all over me. Ugh I hate this 😵. He probably would have done this too had he been more creative

Arms in a position similar to holding a yogo holding a yoga ball. knees bent to a certain angle, etc.

Paddle or belt with mum. Maybe a punch on the arm or pop in the mouth if I got mouthy. She was pretty reasonable tho

I got the brush. We don't really have paddles here. I don't know much about them
