i've always wondered what the freaks did on here or on other sights....

before the advent of the internet...were they or their parents prior to the 90s "peeping toms"? one doesn't really hear much about peeping toms any more.

Well, they used to lock them up in insane asylums, but now they treat them with medications, which many of them don't always take, and they end up on social media.
