both ;) a friend lives in a highrise apartment and he keeps binoculars handy
and i'm pretty sure i have been seen also, i'm not big on closing the curtains/blinds lol

@SnipingSvelte yeah that’s cool, i love high rise hotel rooms i always stand in front of the windows curtains wide open and all lights on
