I certainly know what happens before is fairly noticable. I am quite vocal by nature ( even when just making out - to the pleasant surprise ofsome past lovers). Just as every part of me aches for release I have come to realize that I go silent at the moment of release. Certainly a great indicator that now is the last opportunity to say "pull out please!"
