Is giving oral to both sexes more similar, or more different?

Like is it more similar due to your giving oral pleasure to someone else, or more different because the equipment is different?

The difference for me is that women are easier to gauge how much they are enjoying it. Their bodies are definitely more expressive.

Similar in the that both parts can get "bored" with mundane repetition.
