Serious overacting or does this actually seriously hurt bad?

Depending upon the time of the month, yes, it hurts, but shes being over dramatic about it IMHO

But then , every woman's sensitivity is differnt.
Some don't feel a thing.

I do know being punched in the boob is EXCRUTIATING!!
