Let’s talk bout sore itchy dry nipples and how to fix it faster :)

Who’s moist they’re nipples with coconut oil/ lotion so your nipples ain’t dry ,sore and itchy nipples for days.If you rub them dry ? This has happened to me three times already because I rub dry sometimes and I forgot .I’m not supposed to do that, so I want to start put lotion or coconut oil but it, I heard coconut oil helps the nipples help crack and itchy nipples, who’s going start doing this if you haven’t ?
