Boys if she seems to have a hard time with nipple play of this kind then try this tip. Instead of grasping the nipple and areola themselves, pinch behind the nipple. Right, go about 3/4 of an inch into breast space so that when your fingers come together in the pinch motion most of the nipple and areola should be outside your fingers' grip. Now try, see if she's better with that.
For my own part my girlfriend really really likes biting and pinching my nipples, but right on the nipple (on men there's not as much back-fill is there?) and it makes me so sore. they're erect all the time now and it smarts.
