Does this count as failing locktober?

So I thought the chastity device was locked all day. Turns out that the cage fits snug enough into the ring to hold it together and I forgot to lock it. All day it held together. Went to take a nap and rolled onto my side at one point then it popped off. Looked at the ring and saw the lock was missing. It was still on the key 😭

Quickly fixed it though. 🙃
