It does send a chill up your spine when you hear the ratchet sound and know it is to late to change your mind, you are restrained.

@Subsumedpat my favorite moment is when I become helpless to another...I love the surrender and feelings of submission and powerlessness. It's a tad bit scary and soooo big of a turn on for me!
