I got called judgemental because I said we shouldn't hire someone because I noticed they were wearing elastic waist band pants.

But this is a solid litmus test I swear by. Elastic waist band pants dudes are always useless. Nobody in their right mind wears that to work, to an job application, or really anywhere but home or the gym.

Real clothes require belts.
