I have macrophallus

As most of you know, I'm joe and I have been inflicted with a severe case of macrophallus. It is debilitating and has caused me extreme amounts of stress and anxiety. Idk that to do about it anymore. It just keeps growing. I can't go outside I can't get a full erection. I can barely walk ... I'm sorry for the rant just extremely frustrated.
