Funny story from years ago. We were working with a guy that is prone to complain. He likes to hear himself whine. Nice guy, great worker, good friend. Still annoying. I was working in one room and my wife and he were working in another. As the evening wore on and the whining continued Dear wife turned to him, lifted her shirt to expose her braless breasts. "Now will you stop complaining", she asked him. A few minutes later he was smiling widely as he told me what she had done to shut him up. It worked.
