@SushiRed How was the show? We used to chant “Lips, lips, lips, lips” before the opening titles came up.

@Harmonium1923 It was such fun! Sold out - but they let us in because we looked fabulous! There were only 2 other people dressed as characters - a female Rocky, and she made her husband dress as a party guest. NO ONE ELSE!! Most people didn't know any lines - I got to yell out in total silence, "Chuckie, Chuckie, he's our man, he's got no fucking neck, aw!" and, "Describe your balls, Chuck!" (after he says true there were storm clouds and before he says dark, heavy, pendulous... 😂). We threw toast and snapped our rubber gloves and sang every song, had elbow sex and did the Time Warp! All while chatting sitting at the bar (this is a cool arthouse with a bar) with a darling gay couple and the one's mother, they were so cute!

@SushiRed Very well done. I’m amazed there weren’t more costumes. I haven’t been in years, possibly decades, but I recall a memorable night in Albany where folks in costumes acted out the entire movie right in front of the screen.

Lol! It's a dying thing, that's for sure. And, I do live in Montana...no place big enough here to have ever had regular showings of it, even back in the day.
