Just had a Massage that blew my mind. Youngster 25 3 years in the business.

Not my regular massagist. 9 hours from home. Some new and different techniques. Holy Cow. It was for my Fibromyalia. I havent stood this tall in months and hard like a piece of steel. Anyone else had that experience lately just by switching massagists. Im over 70 now havent had one since I was in My 50s!!??

At one point, I had three Massage Therapists, l depending on the type of bodywork I felt my body needed at the time. One of my Massage Teachers got to work deep tissue on my problem areas, including bad legs and hips, general postural alignment. Another Therapist got me when I needed "maintenance" work, not "serious" deep tissue, but more detail work and pressure than a "spa-massage". I had a third Therapist when I just wanted to "zone out" with some nice, relaxing, nurturing work. So, yes, there are many types of bodywork - you aren't limited to just one therapist.

some definitely have better techniques and stronger hands. here they also have warning signs not to ask for sexual favors
