Too old or not enough as a child?

I seem to do better when I’m disciplined but it’s been hard to find someone to do that. I’m married and very happy in my marriage but my husband is always gone for work and he doesn’t fully understand the needs I have for discipline. So I’m looking for something non sexual and open and safe
