@helenS She can choose to make a more or less mild punishment work very well and serve as a perfectly adequate level of intensity. When discipline is well-managed, it is somewhat of a cooperative enterprise.
@Alfred22 Without co-operation, punishment won't lead anywhere. It will be unproductive. Many girls won't learn anything when they are punished. It's wasted time.
