this is what is deserved by those who think that young people are stupid and older people supposedly intelligent

they deserve to have a younger employer, possibly that come from a rich family and that can be considered a "spoiled brat", that will take good advantage of it's role to humiliate the older employee , and then fire the older employee if it dare not to accept the humiliation
