Is it normal for a woman's butt to jiggle when she walks?

I've noticed when she walks in front of me, my girlfriend's butt always jiggles, sometimes I get mesmerized by it. lol
I've known for boobs to do that, but not for butts, so pardon my ignorance.

What is more noticeable and very mesmerising is the movement of the buttocks around one another as a necessary part of her walking. Sort of squelch, bulge and slide. Much more swaying that with a man. Now if the bottom is large and round, this can be enthralling. Once followed a policewoman with an unbelievable rear like that, in tight uniform trousers. I was the second guy to follow her with our eyes fixed on it.
