I'm sorry for sounding so tragically vain, it's the kind of comments I don't usually get so it's quite a surprise, a welcome surprise, I really do sound so vain! I'm sorry! I do work at it, I keep fit with a mixed routine including yoga and calisthenics. Diet is a crucial aspect of this too!
