Do you feel like a younger child when getting a spanking? If so, how far back do you go?
I know that Ddlg for me, it is cliche. It comes from real Daddy issues. Luckily my husband understands these things and is willing to indulge me. Just not to the extent I need. .

I was spanked in my house until I moved out. When I am spanked now as an adult I am typically replaying scenes that happened when I was 11,12 and 13, which is when I had the most spankings.
