Developing a plan for accountability

When I play I like to also serve other purposes. FOR EXAMPLE:

I want to he accountable for practicing my Spanish, for exercising, for eating within my calorie budget, and journaling on paper.

Mistress and I are going to meet Friday to talk about accountability. I am also going to tell my bf about her. I need discipline. Mistress provides that. I love him but he is not capable or willing to do what I need in this regard.

It's not a bad thing. No one can be everything.

Anyway I am thinking about escalating punishment for worsening infractions. So many cane strokes per missed Spanish lesson. Something like that. Maybe a little over calorie budget gets me a bath brush.

The goal is to improve always. Mistress and I will meet regularly. She's more available than my counselor and worth every cent.

To be fair, it might have been better to tell him about her before you embarked on this journey with her... at least, that way, you could have talked it through openly and honestly with him.

Does he have a full understanding of your submissive side and the fact that the control calms you??? Sometimes, that can help to bring someone over to "The Dark Side".

Just keep it healthy... that "calorie budget" thing doesn't particularly thrill me - especially when I know that you recently more than halved what you need to eat to be healthy. Maybe something like Slimming World might help you, too - at least, that way, you'll have people to watch over you and help to make sure that you are safe.

@HootyTheNightOwl hey we've had that talk several times. He can't do what I need and yeah, I should have told him FIRST but it's too late now.

As for calorie budget I mean not eating like 3k calories a day. I routinely eat 1800 to 2k these days.
