Why my post being reported?

Yesterday I posted semi nude photo and got notification that I am being reported. Why is that? I tagged the post being adult also. Plus dont show much of private parts. So what is the problem. Should I remove it?

Just a possibility but if anything semi nude is still considered nudity here so if not marked as such you can be reported
