Is there any scenario you would cheer on a shooter?

I'd like to gear up and visit a dog fight.
The look on those assholes face as they look Karma right in the eyes, priceless.
I wouldn't even care if I recieved the death penalty if I could just get them all

@wildbill83 I dunno. I have listened to Beto O'Rourke and he doesn't seem to be that bad. Its the other side I would have concern for. And then all that shit that went down in El Paso.

I'd kill that shooter if I found him.
Mentalicious · 61-69, M
@AndrewC1993 ikr, it isn't fair some shooters get tried as criminals,
yet some get tried as mental patients and permitted to live and released at a later date

the thing that irritates me with the democrats is that they push for more "gun control" that would only further infringe upon the rights of law abiding gun owners; while the laws we do have are completely ignored and/or not enforced...

if background checks completely ignored that both of the recent shooters had a history of drug use, what the fuck good is more legislation gonna do?

I mean far be it for certain politicians to criminalize American citizens when they themselves make a mockery out of the Constitution...

@wildbill83 I live in federal government housing, and they keep making rules that can't be enforced. For example they just passed a no smoking rule, but the only way to enforce it is to kick in the door and catch them in the act.
I smell cigarette smoke every day in the hall, and I don't care, but why have a rule where it's just ignored?

Also we aren't allowed to have firearms, but some people do. The only way that rule will be enforced is when they shoot someone.

@Mentalicious doesn't help matters when the justice system is a revolving door... the infamous "catch and release" system. 68% of parolees are repeat offenders within 3 years, 77% are arrested again within 5 years.

@Mentalicious The UK had introduced a law where smoking in pubs is banned, even some hospitals have smoke-free zones. And I get why that is, like before, pubs were all smoky and shit, but now you can actually see where you are going and its not so hazy. I didn't getting on to smoking anyway. I knew its bad for my lungs. And to have smoke-free places, your health is going to benefit.

But as for the guns argument, do you not agree with the fact that the reason why there is many shootings in America is by the fact that guns can be really accessible? Cos when then there is a market, there is stock, a whole pile of stock. Even stock can get intercepted and then criminals wipes all serial numbers off of them and they can sell it on, on the black market. Hell some pawn shops, you could probably find a revolver.

@wildbill83 I have a neighbor who just got found guilty of FELONY drunk driving. He only spent 3 days in a motel to take 3 days of classes
and now he's driving around without a license with a big stupid smile on his face because he knows the law is a joke
Mentalicious · 61-69, M
@AndrewC1993 I do agree guns are too easily accessible, but I can't get in too much of a debate because I also don't believe they should ban guns completely
wildbill83 · 36-40, M
@Mentalicious know of several people that haven been paroled half a dozen times for making & selling meth; and surprise surprise, what are they doing now? making & selling meth...🤔
AndrewC1993 · 31-35, M
@Mentalicious You not think certain types of weapons should be clamped down on and limited? Like for example. Assault weapons and rifles that should only really be in the hands of the military and when on active service.
Mentalicious · 61-69, M
@AndrewC1993 Yes, I think assault rifles are unnecessary for average citizens. Although maybe a gun collector with a specific license idk
wildbill83 · 36-40, M
@AndrewC1993 There have only been three cases where an actual "assault weapon" (military, fully automatic) have been used in a crime... since 1934...

two of which were committed by cops...

@wildbill83 But in all fairness, doesn't the AR15 hold a LOT more ammo?
wildbill83 · 36-40, M
I think smart phones /w data are "unnecessary" for average citizens (after all, texting while driving kills far more people than any firearm), I say we ban them or heavily restrict them /w background checks, mandatory drug tests, licensing, etc.

see how well arguments about "necessity" work? 🤔

@Mentalicious can get a 100 round drum for mini 14 as easily as a 100 round drum for an AR

And there's nothing "military style" about 100 round drums on a standard rifle, we never used them simply cause they're too friggin heavy and bulky
AndrewC1993 · 31-35, M
@wildbill83 Looks like the Tommy Gun from the Prohibition era.
AndrewC1993 · 31-35, M
@wildbill83 What use could you see an AR15 being used in the everyday?
wildbill83 · 36-40, M
@AndrewC1993 looks nothing like a Thompson, completely different design and function.
AndrewC1993 · 31-35, M
@wildbill83 That's what I mean, the big drum.
