How many of you live in a country where public nudity is illegal?

Here in the UK it's not illegal, but it seems that it is in large parts of the world.

[c=#4C0073]I do. I think it’s really idiotic to criminalize the human form. Especially, when they accept grotesque violence in its place. When you can openly watch a guy gun down twenty people but blur two people expressing love, there is a serious problem with the nation.[/c]

@VioletRayne good point - but I don't want to see people's form when I'm having a spot of lunch out somewhere 😕
Having said that, I don't want to see people playing tonsil hockey either. Get a room! 😉

@Cheesecake [c=#4C0073]There should obviously be some common sense applied like don’t go out to eat or show up to work butt naked. Generally speaking, I don’t see a problem with the human body. The more you repress people the more of an issue it becomes. It’s psychological. There is a reason most countries with more lax public nudity laws are better countries. It speaks to self worth. It’s like taking a dictators statues down and face off the currency. [/c]

@VioletRayne I think we're pretty much on the same page. Hangups about our bodies are at the root of so many problems.

@VioletRayne The clothing optional beach I've been to is one of the most fun and open places I've been to, with people going out of their way to talk and say hello. Ok maybe some are doing it because they get a kick out of seeing the nudity, but it beats most places where no one ever talks to those they don't already know. That being said, I agree I wouldn't want to be at a restaurant and look out the window to see some naked dude stroll by. A 22 year old cutie maybe I could live with though, lol.

@Cheesecake [c=#4C0073]hang ups about a lot of things are the root of most problems. People have the tendency to project their own inadequacies upon others as well as tell others what they should do when they really don’t know or understand themselves.[/c]

@NotJamieM [c=#4C0073]im mean you can’t habe one without the other, but I’ve been known to strip when I get hot. [/c]

@VioletRayne Same here, and sometimes for no reason in pzrticular... as long as I'm not somewhere one can get in trouble for it!
VioletRayne · 31-35, F
@NotJamieM [c=#4C0073]lol I don’t do it for no reason at all. im never fully naked unless im at home, but I don’t see a problem with others doing so.[/c]

@VioletRayne I might be if I'm somewhere remote or in a hotel room or something. And of course the c.o. beach. It's great that you're ok and not judgmental about others doing it. I'm at the point where I could just stand there and have a normal conversation with you amd kinda forget the fact um not wearing anything lol.
VioletRayne · 31-35, F
@NotJamieM [c=#4C0073]being judgmental is humanities biggest issue. Letting people just be is half the battle.[/c]

@VioletRayne Exactly, and well said.
