If you were to write a horror story, what it would be about?

Here's mine: A lady suffers from formication, which leads her mental health into spiraling out of control. While in public one evening, it reaches a point where she can no longer take it. She pulls out a knife and starts filleting herself with it to ease the pain. It would be loosely inspired by Cutting Moments.
