I Dont Want To Be The ' Damsel In Distress '

I never did. I hate not being in control of any situation or feeling that I need others to rescue or intercede on my behalf . I especially am starting to take an interest in leaning to physically defend myself against attackers. I have found a self defense training dojo that is literally walking distance from my house and they teach the practical life application of street defense fighting tactics and methods used to disarm attackers and ground combat. I don't want to wait years to learn karate, Kung fu, and so on with meditative aspects and all that prelude to actually mastery of practice and mastery. All I want is tactical real life fighting, defense, and offense attack skills to not give anyone a chance to hurt me. With these lessons you could learn in a short period of time the basic aspects for a variety of survival situations. This will teach me fighting skills plus I have a lot of pent up aggression and anger which would be good for this sort of training.

I just mean this would be a suitable outlet for my aggression to be used constructively and I can be logical and tactical at same time
