I Am Into Damsels In Distress Did

I don't know what happened to her, but she's clearly a damsel in stomach distress. Did she just collapse from sudden, dibilitating stomach pain, or was she hit in the stomach? Doesn't matter. I will rescue and comfort/heal her hurting stomach and she will love me😍
