‘You're rude.' Andy Harris scolds MD debate crowd while answering Trump-Putin diesel deal question

Congressman Andy Harris lashed out on Tuesday at a debate against Democrat Dan Schwartz in Maryland. Harris scolded the crowd after the Republican was laughed at for his comments about gas prices following a question regarding the Trump-Putin diesel deal.

Harris apparently does not understand the first amendment. It gets worse here:

Hard to believe Harris is physician.
To be clear: there is NO restriction on recording a political candidate giving a public speech without his approval and certainly not a selective restriction on certain members of an audience.
The crowd laughed at his stupid and clearly false answer to their questions and he blew his top!
