BREAKING: Trump LOSES mail voting ruling as judge BLOCKS midterm scheme

There was a “stay” that the tRUMP DO(in)J is challenging with an “Emergency” appeal to the SCOTUS. Well U.S. District Court Judge Indira Talwani has now issued a preliminary injunction blocking the states from executing tRUMP’s illegal Executive Order.

If his bribed and paid for SCOTUS actually grants tRUMP’s request to overturn Talwani’s injunction, it will result in utter chaos disrupting the election and disenfranchising millions of voters.

The ballots are already printed and North Carolina began sending out its first mail ballots Friday with more states will swiftly follow. Military families are particularly at risk of disenfranchisement.

@ElwoodBlues The initial stay was to prevent that USPS system from continuing while the courts decided…there were indications that tRUMP illegally had the post office violating the stay. The preliminary injunction was primarily to keep that shadow election tampering at bay.

The full injunction is soon to follow.

Now we are 59 days from the election—well within the “window” when all legislation regarding elections has always been taboo which, of course, means nothing to tRUMP or his bribed and paid for SCOTUS (in)Justices…

State election officials are confident that they are ready to handle any violations or “irregularities” but do they think they are really prepared for what soulless tRUMP & cronies might try???

SCOTUS is an arm of the trump regime. There is no longer three branches of Government. They will overturn Talwani's injunction. There is not a doubt in my mind.

@MoveAlong However, it may already be too late…North Carolina has already mailed their ballots and several other states will very soon. Ballots are already decided and printed.

After the freaking disastrous conditions on the USS Lincoln and the arrogant dismissal of same by tRUMP & Kegsbreath, military families will be outraged if their votes are taken away at this late date…

We’ll be seeing whistleblowers out the wahzoo from the workers in the USPS (most of who are honest, hardworking Americans) exposing any illegal shenanigans…

@KunsanVeteran The more chaos the better for trump. Those SCOTUS clowns know that too. While I believe they will side with trump there is a small chance they will not let him implement it until after the midterms. It sucks that we even have to talk about it.

Sadly this will likely get overturned. The SCOTUS is a joke.

Most high school student government has more robust conflict of interest rules and regulations.

The idea of judges even having party affiliation is ludicrous.
