No, but it’s on the clearance table at tgr bookstore. It must not be selling well. I guess when your failure is everyone else’s fault no one wants to read about it.
@joe438 thanks for BC! Someone else here suggested buying up copies (clearance is best), faking Kamala’s autograph and selling them on eBay. I don’t do it but I love the idea.
