Should there be consecutive term limits in congress?

We aren’t getting new candidates. Especially for certain areas and states in the federal legislature. For many years now! Therefore, to avoid entrenched (career) politicians & corruption, while encouraging congress to have new ideas and personalities; A consecutive term limit of 3 terms ought be enforced. Lot of post retirement age congress members. It’s the internet age now. but all these dinosaurs miss their telegraphs, landlines, and print newspapers. What are your thoughts?
