Should there be age limits on presidents and governors?

With rising life expectancy, a 100 year old being president could be possible in the future. And that's terrifying.

What is more necessary is a three tier government.. in blocks of 28 years..

So youth as first 28
Middle age as 29-56
Seniors as 57 and above.

Where each function as nation within

It's stupid to have seniors governing the youth as most of them are technologically outdated and have no clue about the future.
