Destabilizing Africa by causing hunger, lack of medicine, etc. it's going to cost way more than the $26 billion we spent on USAID last year to fix this mess. Especially if wars breakout and terrorist groups and war lords slide into the huge vacuum we left.

Hand washing - you don't have to live in a hospital but basic sanitary conditions are rarely met. If we are going to pour money into these poor places at least let us have control and provide clean water.
