These are fanatics. Fanatics never makes the right choices. Thier fanaticism prevents them from making the right choices. They refuse to see the other point of view.

Fanaticism only cares about it's own point of view.

Lose the fanaticism, there's a better chance of the majority being right.

Yes, this saying is arrogant. However it holds true, every time when fanaticism is present.

You can see the arrogance in the very fact, that Trump still denies he lost the race against Biden the first time.
