A message to Americans: vote for Trump

If you are an American who is voting today, you need to vote for Trump. Trump is the anti-war candidate and the man who wants peace in the world. Thousands of lives are being lost in Ukraine and there remains the possibility of escalation. NATO recently came very close to escalating the conflict by considering direct involvement. If they had facilitated the use of Franco-British missiles inside Russia, we would likely have global war. The way to stop global war is to vote Trump. Trump will also help subdue tensions in the Middle East. Trump will act on the border crisis in the US.

Donald Trump is a patriot who cares about America. Your country needs a strong man to lead it. It would be a delusion to think that Kamala is a good leader who is respected by the rest of the world.

Trump respects democracy more than Harris respects democracy. Is it democratic to want to compel unwilling states, anti-abortion states, to get rid of their laws on abortion?

Vote Trump!

It may not be a crime to pay a sexworker for sex.
It may not be a crime to pay a sexworker for silence.

But is sure as heck IS a crime to list any of those payments as "legal expenses" (which are tax deductible) on your official paperwork.

In Trump's New York hush money trial he is being charged with 34 counts of falsifying business documents. That's the actual crime he is charged with.

One more wrinkle: that crime can be a misdemeanor or a felony depending on whether it was done with the aim or objective of committing another crime (extra wrinkle: the other crime doesn't have to have been proven in a separate court). In such cases, the other crime is called an object offense.

In his filing, Bragg sets out four potential object offenses: violations of federal campaign finance law under the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA); violations of New York Election Law § 17-152; violations of federal, local, and state tax law; and additional falsifications of business records outside the Trump Organization. Merchan allowed Bragg to move forward with the first three theories but tossed out the last one.

Looks like both Trump and Cohen filed false tax documents based on the payments, so the "violations of federal, local, and state tax law" (3rd object offense) looks like it will hold up. There are additional witnesses to say the hush money was paid for campaign purposes. That'll enable the 1st & 2nd object offenses.

This is mostly a documents case. There are written notes about paying Cohen back and tax impacts. There are 12 checks from Trump to Cohen. The witnesses are there mostly to tell the story to the jury and explain the meanings of the documents.

“I made a boo-boo,” Jeffrey S. McConney admitted when describing the erroneous math he scribbled on “TRUMP” corporate letterhead.

The former Trump Organization controller testified about the notes he took during a January 2017 meeting that laid out how the family real estate company was going to surreptitiously reimburse attorney Michael Cohen for fronting the $130,000 that silenced the porn star Stormy Daniels. That payment kept her from going public about her decade-old, one-night stand with Trump in the days before the 2016 presidential election.

The farce was laid out in black and white, with handwritten notes explaining the fuzzy math at play.

@ElwoodBlues Trump supporters do not care about his alleged crimes. People find it suspicious when political opposition, after they have risen to power and could rise again, is pursued by political elites and mercenary individuals like Stormy Daniels and E. Jean Carroll. You can post the above all over the internet if you like, and see how many of Trump's millions of supporters and sensible neutral Americans care about his alleged fake tax documents or any other pathetic allegation. They can all see through it. Trump is not loved because he is a good boy. People want a strong president and a politician who does not keep repeating the same fake garbage, one who isn't an establishment puppet. I think it's wonderful that other politicians dislike Trump. It tells me that, if I were American, I should vote for him. Most importantly, he would help to end the war in Ukraine and would not penalize Russia for defending itself from western interference. Trump has an open mind and wants to have peaceful and fruitful relations with other countries.

@SW-User “alleged crimes” ~ after he was convicted these were not alleged crimes; proven crimes therefore. Subsequently he is to have a verdict read now the election is done. Will the prison have a west wing?

@GoldenOldie Trump isn't going anywhere except to the White House in January!

Courts are full of fallible humans who make mistakes and have biases and false ideas. Trump is their opposition, and he was victim of weaponization of the law.

@SW-User wow better let that judge know this new fact! Plus the Jury that convicted his will be confused - guilty verdict was on TV. Or is Western media banned?

Verdicts *can* be wrong - he needs sentencing before appealing it, plus grounds for an appeal are slim… he wrote off hush money to a porn star as a business expense = felon
