Personally, I expect him to flee the country in THE FORMER JEFF EPSTEIN’S PRIVATE JET and go to North Korea. But that’s OK—he’s of no further use to KJU and KJU will take revenge for all those “Little Rocket Man” taunts…

Litman said "perpetual defendant or convict" through the end of the days, unless he wins.

Trump is 78, will be 82 in 2028, and I'm pretty sure, if his health is examined by an honest physician, that would be a factor. Prison, and even jail seem like really remote possibilities.

@MistyCee A lot will depend on what he does during/after the election. If he attempts another coup or other illegal acts, calls for violence, etc. he will probably be arrested. His pre-trial and pre-sentencing release conditions will have been violated and he will likely be detained.

Any sane person, in those circumstances would toe the line, but we are watching him become even more unhinged by the minute. He no longer heeds the advice of his staff/counselors which is exactly what happened last time. He simply CANNOT handle defeat especially as he knows at some level that IT IS COMING!

He surrounds himself with “Yes Men/Women” who only tell him what he wants to hear. He’s about to crash really, REALLY HARD and he will lash out.

@KunsanVeteran Assuming he loses, another arrest seems pretty likely, and possibly another expensive mugshot and perp walk, but actual prison time doesn't seem like a real thing, even if he lives long enough to get convicted again.

Remember in the immediate aftermath of January 6th even McConnell and Graham were calling for immediately holding him accountable. During the impeachment, McConnell wimped out and said that the Justice System should handle it.

That won’t fly twice. This will be a repeat of election interference and Kamala is not Joe Biden. She is an experienced DA and AG and she will see any additional violations by tRUMP through as will Jack Smith.

@KunsanVeteran A Harris DOJ could certainly choose to pursue Trump more aggressively, and I'm all for holding Trump accountable, but prison seems pretty unlikely is really all I'm saying. Even if the chickens hatch, I expect however many of them will stay in the coop and not get moved to more expensive quarters before they meet their end.

@MistyCee The life expectancy of a 78-year-old American man is 9.43 years. Should be room for plenty of trials in that period.
