Explosives In A Car At A Trump Rally Were Supposedly For Training Bomb Sniffing Dogs 🤦

I’m sure if the dog was being “ trained”
It would have been at a suitable training venue where explosives might have been used but not in proximity to where people were/are located.
And this seems to now be a situation being looked into, if so here’s what I would ask 1. Why was it necessary to do it at the venue location?
2. What coordination was made and who knew what and said it was permissible for such “ training”. 3 I’d ask for a record of similar “ live explosive training” scenarios for dogs and where live explosives were used and when and where they were conducted.
