And before the 1970s mainly Blacks and teenagers worked minimum wage job. Heck I remember when it was $1.10 an hour and Blacks were only getting paid 90 cents or less an hour in the 1960s.. Jobs which were maids, in-house cleaners, janitors, bus people, dishwashers, shoe shiners, and the likes. Waitresses and cashiers was mainly a white female job and she received good tips.
And they hired Hispanics for the same type of work as Blacks - in an integrated City whites didn't apply for them.
Now since Hispanics are beginning to grow in population and spreading out into the states, they are taking what is called white jobs, out bidding them and taking less in salary.
Trump has always been racist and it comes out involuntarily.
But all those things are known and is fact whether accepted or not.
