Carville says the odds are 50/50 Trump will show up. I'm thinking it's a little higher, but I figured I'd ask what SW thinks

You are over simplifying this. Neither will decline but one or the other will rant about the other not living up to the agreed on arrangements which will be characterized as the other refusing to debate as agreed upon.

Haaa … this brings up the question of who is LSU’s most embarrassing alumnus? James Carville or Donna Brazile?
@Heartlander Neither Carville nor Brazile would even come close to the top of my list. LSU has turned out some really embarrassing folks. Jamarcus Russell comes to mind, for example, not to mention David Duke.
@MistyCee isn't Walter Mondale on that list?
@Heartlander I don't think he's an LSU alum.
@MistyCee You are right, it was Hubert Humphrey that got his masters there in political science.
@MistyCee I stopped by the campus 5 or 6 years ago after 35 or 40 years. Almost everything new to replace my memory. New was a visitor's center near the entry by old Tiger Town where they had a list of famous graduates. Today's list probably now includes Joe Burrow, Justin Jefferson and Ja'Marr Chase, Paul Skenes and Olivia Dunne.
