Some people say, "if you don't vote, you can't complain." I believe it's just the opposite

You can't complain when you vote for Biden or Trump and they maintain the status quo. By voting, you sign away your right to protest against the person you put in office. Politicians lie. In the US, they are controlled by Wall Street. The United States constitution needs a complete overhaul.
